2025 Winter Bushwhack

Scouts and Parents,

Attached is the permission slip for the Winter Bushwhack on November 15th. We'll be hiking around the Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve and John Bryan State Park.

This is a day hike with a bonus of eating at Young's Dairy after the hike. There is no cost for the activity other than what the scout spends at Young's Dairy.

Permission slips are due November 10, 2025

2025 Holiday Flower Fundraiser

2025 Holiday Flower Fundraiser

Troop 103 is selling Poinsettias, Christmas Cactus, Cyclamen, and Wreaths for
the 2025 holiday season.

The fundraiser will start on November 3, 2025.

All order forms and money are due November 17, 2025 at the scout meeting.


Flowers will be delivered on Saturday, December 6th at 9AM. Flowers will be
delivered to St. James Methodist Church. Please pick up your flower orders between 11:00AM and 11:30AM.

If longer than 24 hours, plants must be carefully un-sleeved and watered.

Popcorn Sales

Troop 103,

Good evening. Our troop is opening up popcorn sales for any scouts who are interested. All proceeds go directly to your scout account.

Popcorn sales are more than an opportunity to help pay for your own scouting program. Popcorn is a major fundraiser for Miami Valley Council, so your popcorn sales help support your council and show scout spirit by being helpful. Also, if your family is interested in applying for Scoutership assistance to offset registration, then participation in popcorn is highly encouraged.

Mrs. Schindler has graciously volunteered to lead our popcorn efforts and will be sending out details soon. This is primarily an online sale to friends and family. It's easy to do, and gives your family and friends a nice way to help support your scouting.
