We are about a month out from our trip to Valley's Edge for a day of snow tubing. The permission slip is attached, and remember that this event is open to friends and families, and is a great opportunity to invite someone to check out scouts.
We are making an effort to get these slips out earlier to you so you have the information in advance. If possible, please return a completed slip by the next meeting (12/15) if possible so we can get an approximate head count. I will have printed copies ready at the upcoming Court of Honor (this Saturday) if you need a printed copy.
Lastly - this trip requires a separate waiver for Valley's Edge, the information is on the permission slip, please reach out to me if you have any questions. All snow-tubers must have this filed prior to the trip, and it only takes 2 or 3 minutes.
